We stand behind the quality of our product. If you are not fully satisfied with your MagicAcuPen, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

2-Year Warranty Coverage

Every MagicAcuPen comes with a 24-month warranty for manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use.

  • If your device stops working or develops a fault within 2 years, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • For hygiene reasons, used/opened items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or digital downloads (eBooks, bonus guides).

  • Items purchased on final sale or with discount codes (unless defective).

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at magicacupen@magicacupen.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
